For starting businesses or eventually for foreign clients we offer establishing of a registered office directly in our office space, it is so called virtual office that includes administrative services and professional support.

    

Who is the usual user of „business address“ and virtual office: 

  • starting businesses
  • entities that do not need a separate office for their business activities,
    but do not wish to have a registered office at their home address
  • entities, whose managers are travelling often and they are in need of an office only from time to time

    

What is a virtual office 

Basic servise of a virtual office costs CZK 1.490,00/month  (excluding VAT)  and offers:

  • registered business address for complying to government regulations
  • usage of separated office for 4 hours per month, an internet connection and a printer (included in price).
  • Photocopier, fax and scanner usage is charged according to a price list. taking telephone and fax messages, receiving mail (up to 50 items per month), mail evidence and forward to a requested address (once a week) plus an email message with a list of received mail (every day)
  • there is a possibility to use our administrative services just once – short term lease of a meeting room with office service or regularly – an intensive use of our space – all according to clients´needs 

We offer to arrange a change of a registered business address if needed and professional assistence with starting up a business.
